Bacteriophage: Mutation

Bacteriophage is a 3D Metroidvania where you assume the role of Terri, a cyborg warrior tasked with purging harmful bacteria and viruses from within a living body. Set in a microscopic environment, the game combines tight melee combat with movement based combos. Armed with the signature Syringe Spear and abilities like Essense Transfusion, players venture through various biological sections, using their platforming & combat skills to overcome a host of microbial challenges.
